fairfield pathways

WELCOME TO FAIRFIELD PATHWAYS

Fairfield Pathways is a service that provides support to those with additional needs, it’s worth noting that we don’t offer nursing care and although the houses are staffed 24/7 we don’t have nighttime waking care. The strands to our service provide pathways for you or your loved ones to have access to opportunities to gain education, life skills and independence and much more.

If your ambition is to live in your own home, possibly share with others and with support to make that happen, then Fairfield Pathways might be for you.

If you’re interested in finding out more information, please take yourself to look at the tabs above on the right.
